IT Support/Field Service Technician - On-site - Essex, MD What will the IT Support/Field Service Technician position do? Support company hardware and software initiatives including new hire setup all the way down to sales and customer service troubleshooting virtually as well as in the field Provide both level 1 and level 2 support with some travel (25%) an some flexibility with this position over time Work with outside vendors and Managed Service Team to provide support to various internal systems What is required for the IT Support/Field Service Technician?
