The duties include offering administrative support across the organization.
Multi-tasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
This role is being offered as a full-time position and would be ideal for someone able to work from.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls Placing inventory and lunch orders for executives Making travel arrangements Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable Take & distribute messages Scanning Data Entry Experience using Concur software a big plus Strong background in administrative processes and procedures Organize & schedule appointments and meetings when needed Experience with completing forms and filings.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department Other administrative duties as assigned Education and
Experience:
2 to 5 years of receptionist experience with multiple line phone system Proficient in use of email and internet Accounting experience helpful Excellent written and verbal skills Background in Bookkeeping or Accounts Payable/Receivable is a plus Salary Range:
