Consider becoming the Snack Shack Supervisor at the Rocky Point Golf Course in Essex, MD, a par 72 golf course with views overlooking the bay.
This is considered a seasonal position running through October/November depending on weather.
We are currently looking for an insightful, energetic, and enthusiastic leader.
This position reports to the Head Golf Professional.
Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:
Maintaining the highest of food industry standards at all times Training staff Hands on fresh food preparation, service, and proper cleaning every shift Maintaining proper inventory levels for all food & beverage products End of Month Inventory Assist the Head Golf Professional with placing daily / weekly food orders Handle daily cash and credit card transactions
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age as beer and cocktails are sold At least 1 years experience in a supervisory capacity in a food & beverage field TAM and ServSafe certification will be required (certifications paid at the company's expense) Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends and holidays Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to update the HACCP plan An interest in the game of golf would be considered an asset.
Pay Rate:
Up to $16.
00/hr plus gratuities.
