Your detailed awareness and prompt reach out help keep properties secure and ensure everyone feels safe.
As an Security Officer, you will conduct unarmed foot and/or vehicle patrol (interior and/or exterior), control access and egress, monitor CCTV and alarm systems, compose reports, deter criminal activity and misconduct and perform other duties as specified in post orders.
Ideal for someone who is customer service-oriented, has a friendly demeanor, is energetic, and is welcoming.
Will need to be able to retain information on the complex to be able to answer guests' general questions.
Specific Duties and Functions The officer patrolling must be inside of an operating vehicle, canvassing the areas in which the new development is being built.
The officer must have a strobe light activated during all times of patrol from 10pm-6am (If the officer does not have a flashing illuminated light one can be provided if needed) The officer conducting rounds are the begin at the front of the development and work their way down through all side streets, circles and courts off of the main road where new construction is occurring.
While conducting patrols if the officer on site observes any trespassing, theft in progress, arson or other illegal activity they are to notify 911 immediately in the proper channels (Fire, Police, EMS) The officer is then to contact the Field supervisor working who will then pass up notification to the appropriate channels.
If these incidents occur the officer on duty must fill out an incident report.
The report must be details to include location, date, time, summary of events that occurred and which supervisor was notified.
The supervisor listed must be notified via call or message.
Dispatch must also be notified of the incident when it occurrs and the report is written.
During these patrols the officer is to conduct hourly patrol logs using their Tracktik app under Officer hourly reports Benefits and More As a full time employee of DMAC Security, you will be entitled to the following
