The Marketing Manager is an action-oriented position responsible for ensuring the strategic alignment between the organizations goals and the development of marketing campaigns to meet those objectives.
This position is charged with collaborating with key stakeholders and handling a variety of marketing duties, including website content, social media, event coordination, development of marketing collateral across multiple channels, and performing other ancillary tasks to support the growth of the company.
This position has responsibility for:
Marketing Campaigns and Strategy Website and Digital Marketing Trade Shows, Conferences and Special Events Create, Proofread, and Edit Copy for Various Print and Digital Marketing Channels Manage Social Media Marketing Programs Administrative Duties Related to Marketing Education Requirements A bachelors degree or equivalent experience in marketing.
4 - 6 years of marketing experience.
Experience working with a heavy equipment dealership is a plus.
Job Knowledge Requirements Proficient with marketing-related software programs, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Wordpress or other content management systems (CMS).
Knowledgeable about social media channels (blogs, LinkedIn, Twitter, others) and capable of effectively leveraging them for content.
Strong understanding of web based and online marketing strategies as well as organic search, keyword optimization and reporting metrics.
Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills.
General Skill Requisites Makes decisions, supports, and problem-solves in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
Reacts positively to changing business conditions by proving to be flexible and adaptable.
Self-motivated with excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Follows all communication procedures, policies, and guidelines.
Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
Physical Skill Requisites Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
on a regular basis.
Other Requirements Occasional travel including overnight stays is required.
Must have a valid drivers license.
